This is a solo episode. I share some of my insights on how you can level up your game in 2018. Give it a listen and please feel free to drop a comment/question down below.

Hope you guys are having a great week.  As for me, my freelance bartending gigs are slowing down which is awesome because I need a break! I’m currently working on a new blog post, tweaking a few things on the site, and looking to get clearer on how I can better serve you in 2018.

I will have a solo podcast episode next Thursday so be on the lookout for that. This week we’re back with another “Best of 2017” episode.

I had the pleasure of connecting with one of the most inspirational individuals I met in 2017. The Big “A” himself, Aaron Walker of The View From The Top.

This episode will leave you inspired to simply become a better person in every way. I got a lot of positive feedback when I published this episode earlier this year. I know you’ll dig it in case you missed it the first time around. Enjoy.

We start businesses. We launch ideas. We are constantly in reactive mode to all the tools, tactics, and information buzzing our attention to the max. But, have you ever questioned if you’re living life…

Proactively or  Reactively?

With Purpose and Intent?

Surrounded the right kind of people?

In this episode, I chat with entrepreneur/life coach, Aaron Walker of View From The Top

Aaron Walker started his first business at the age of 18 which eventually was sold to a 500 fortune company. Over the past 38 years, Aaron has bought and sold 12 successful businesses so he’s the real deal, ya’ll.

What I admire about Aaron is his devotion to marriage and personal development. To him, it goes way beyond the hustle. It’s about priorities and succeeding in all aspects of life: Spiritually, Personal, Family and in Business.

We dig deep into this conversation on his views from the top. We discuss…..

  • How the Work/Life balance is simply a myth
  • Living Life Proactively
  • The Power of Mastermind Groups and why YOU should join one
  • Your first step to launching your business
  • and much much more

Alright friends, we’re edging towards a new year which is exciting, but it also means it’s time to reaccess a few things for 2018.

One of those things is this podcast. No, we’re not going away. We’re simply going make things better for you and your listening pleasure. How does that sound?

Hey, speaking of listening pleasure, please feel free to email me at ozeal@thinkozeal.com and let me know if there’s a certain guest, topic, etc you would like for me to cover in 2018. Seriously, shoot me an email. Would love to hear from you.

Ok, so let’s jump into today’s episode. This is a “Best of 2017” podcast short series and I had to bring this one back. Here’s a great chat I had with serial entrepreneur, father and one of the most energetic entrepreneurs I connected with in 2017, Kolby Kay. You haven’t heard this episode, you’re going to dig it.

In this episode, you’ll learn

  • The framework for providing remarkable content
  • How to monetize your platform
  • How to elevate your sales pitch (Kolby gives us an actual script that works!)
  • Understanding pricing
  • How to structure your goals and tactics

Celebrating our 100th episode was awesome and I’m still on high after achieving that big milestone. Thank you once again for being a part of the journey with us on NO Permission Needed.

Now, I’m so pumped up to keep this strong vibe going with episode 101…

As many of you know, I am a creative entrepreneur fighting the good fight of us creatives in this new business economy. Which is why I’m excited to share today’s chat with you. I spoke with a fellow creative entrepreneur, business coach, speaker, and podcaster, Jeffrey Shaw, who is the FREEDOM Fighter for the uncommon entrepreprenur.

From being a timid teenager to becoming one of the most sought after photographers for America’s most affluent families and brands. Jeffrey Shaw discovered his passion for photography which led him down the path of entrepreneurship.

Building a successful photography business and coaching other photographers, Jeffrey quickly discovered he had the ability to help other creatives in different fields create their own freedom through the lessons he learned as a creative entrepreneur.

He’s the host of the podcast show, Creative Warriors, and the author behind his forthcoming book, “LINGO: Discover Your Ideal Customers Secret Language And Make Your Business Iresstible” Jeffrey’s energy and passion can be heard in this conversation. I know you’re going to dig this episode.

In this conversation, you’ll discover

  • The 5 Step Secret Language to better understand your client
  • How to create a better pricing model (Freelancers, this one is for you)
  • How to make your brand iressitable
  • How to leverage social media to build better relationships with your customers
  • And much much more….
