We’re back!

This episode has been baking in the oven far too long. I apologize for the delay, but I had to deal with mucho technical challenges getting this website up and running again. All that is the past now, we are ready to give you AWESOME content moving forward.

Kickin’ off the freshness is to today’s guest, Matt Miller, founder of School Spirit Vending

This unique concept was inspired by a gum ball machine business. Matt took the vending machine concept and infused it with school fundraising. Are you intrigued yet?

Matt created a business that would help schools do fundraising in a different way. What started off as a side hustle turned into a franchising company with schools all over the country. In this episode, Matt shares with us his story of the “A-ha” moment, his tips on where to start in building a business, and the mindset need to build a profitable stream of income.

We get mad real about entrepreneurship and what the “Hustle” really looks like in the real world. Such a great conversation and I know many of you will enjoy this. Please feel free to drop a comment below and let me know what you think.

Yo!!

It's the last week of July and I decided to rock the mic solo. I'm bringing back the "Monthly Recap" episode. It's been awhile and a lot has happened.

Finding your zone can be very difficult and often times super frustrating. We get caught up chasing idea and idea. Never seeing any results and feeling this deep sense of emptiness. Many folks give up. Some become self-aware and make the important pivot in life.

In the past couple of months, I've taken a deep dive into my journey. Not as a podcaster, but as someone who is trying to figure this whole thing. Searching for high definition. Looking to get in my zone.

In this episode, I share with you what's been going on in my world. The phone call that changed everything for me. My decision to let go of things that weren't adding value to my life. And, I share some big news about the journey I'm about to embark on.

Would love to hear what you think down below. Enjoy this episode and thanks for all your love & support.

Cheers,

Ozeal

What’s up!!!

Are you ready for the mind-blowing future talk?

One of the things I love about interviewing people is the free flow on the conversation. I have context in mind, of course, because I want to make sure I give you some specific takeaways from each episode. However, I also enjoy seeing where the conversation flows and what kind of interesting topics we can unravel.

THIS is one of those conversations that simply enthralled me!

In this episode, I chat with Qu Harrison who is  a serial entrepreneur, techy-loving creative who’s passionate about the future. He’s the co-founder and president of VNM, USA, the co-founder and CEO of 23VIVI, an online digital marketplace, and known for his marketing work at EatStreet.  He’s also a  frequent writer on LinkedIn and was named one of LinkedIn Top Voices in Technology.

He is currently the marketing director of Redox. A young start-up based out of Madison, Wisconsin. Redox was started to eradicate the technical barriers to data access and usher forth the future of technology-enable healthcare. Interesting stuff they’re doing over there!
You’re going to dig this episode. Qu shares his inspiration behind his love for technolgy. We talk….
– The future of content marketing
– Virtual Reality
– Augmented Reality
– The Future of communication
– Why Elon Musk is a freaking Genius
– Future of Health Care
– The Importance of being a creative
– Digital Drugs
– How to combat Wantrepreneurism
and much much more.

“We as wantrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, or young professinoanls need to give ourselves the opportunity to create” Qu Harrison

If there’s anything I’ve learned from recording 85 podcast episodes is that Communication matters. A skill set I continue to learn and grow with. I believe everyone should build upon the art of communicating. Learning to articulate what we feel, believe in, and passionate about is something we should all express.

Today’s guest started his communicative journey as a youth pastor. But, one day he was in attendance and heard a profound message that shook up his world. He heard a speaker say……

“If you’re not enjoying at least 80%  what you’re doing, you should do something else”

Those words transformed his life and launched him into a bigger purpose. Fast forward to today, Grant Baldwin is a successful speaker, podcaster, author and entrepreneur who created his life by being intentional and getting down with the hustle.

Working odd jobs. Doing what he had to do to make ends meet. Grant hustled early on to build his speaking career and live a life on his terms. This conversation is about the hustle and the intentional will needed to make your breakthrough.

This was such a great conversation. I know you will enjoy it. Be inspired by it. And, maybe, just maybe…..overcome the fear of public speaking and start sharing the message….with the world.

In this episode, you will learn

  • The importance of being intentional about life
  • Why you can’t be everything to everybody
  • Tips on public speaking
  • The real kind of hustle need to succeed
  • And more…..

One day she decided….

to put excess goal milk into a small batch of handmade soap and just like that: A new business was born!

In this episode, I chat with business owner, goat wrangler and mother of eight beautiful children, PJ Jonas of Goat Milk Stuff

We chat about her life before launching her business, what inspired her to start a business around Goat Milk products and some of the challenges she had to face building her business.

There’s a lot of great takeaways from this episode. PJ Jonas is an entrepreneur who saw an opportunity to build something special and unique around goat products. Yes, there was competition, but she knew how to position her brand around providing valuable information, building a community outside the internet (something a lot of folks forget to do) and the importance of starting the conversation.

This was another fun and educational conversation about how to start a six-figure business from the comfort of kitchen. Enjoy this chat with PJ Jonas.

Also PJ Jonas provided our listeners with a FREE Goat Milk product, so please feel free to use this link

And please feel free to drop a comment before and shoot a quick THANK YOU to PJ for the free gift right here
