Hope you’re having a great week. Ready for Christmas? Yes? No? or I’m over it already? Frankly, I haven’t been in the Christmas spirit this year. Maybe because Houston’s fickle weather doesn’t allow me to OR it’s just gotten too watered down with over-consumption BS. Probably it’s a mixture of the two. Anyhoooowww…..
In today’s episode, I go SOLO to share with you something I’ve been thinking about lately. Far too often, we go on this entrepreneurial journey laser-beamed focused with our blinders on. Oblivious to everything around of us. Some of those things are vital to our success, but they go ignored because we’re in “hustle” mode.
I had a coffee meeting with a entrepreneur friend of mine who prompted me into becoming accountability partners.Without hesitation, I said “Hell Yes, let’s do this” I’m not sure what took me so long to look into my inner circle and find someone who could hold me accountable for all my actions or inactions.
Real talk! We all need some ONE who can hold us accountable. All the successful people we know have coaches and people that put them in check. Keeping them focused and on task. So why do we put off the great benefit of having some one like that in our lives? Forget the reasons. Bottom line. Find accountability partner ASAP.
Not only will you be held up to your own fire, but these particular conversations can teach you a thing or two about your business. It can teach you ALOT about yourself. What do you need to work on personally, emotionally, and as a business person?
In this episode, I share more about the conversation I had with my new accountability partner and how it inspired me like no other. Take a listen and please feel free to share your thoughts below.
Cheers and have a great Christmas!
