Whats up! Whats! up! Whats up….

Hope you’re having a great week. It’s officially summer time and I’m definitely not a happy camper about that! Why you may ask? Ask any Houstonian and tell you why. Hot and HUMID weather all around. It’s quite brutal, but thank goodness for AC. Can’t complain,

Anyhow, this is a SOLO episode with yours truly. A technical mishap couldn’t keep me from pressing record to give you guys an episode today. I decided to get behind the mic and discuss something I’m super passionate about….

Content Marketing.

Whether you’re a blogger, vlogger, or a podcaster, building your online platform with great valuable and entertaining content is a MUST if you want to hang with the big dawgs!

All the great companies do it and they do it in BEAST mode…

Apple, Red Bull, Coca-Cola….

All represent remarkable brands that understand their market and take A LOT of time and curated effort to get entertaining content for their audiences. They know the importance of sharing what their company represents through story telling, entertain and engaging content.

I can get geeked out by watching and understand how these amazing brands operate. In this episode, I share my views on content marketing and why it definitely MATTERS to you and your business.

If you’re a content creator, small business owner, start-up, boutique business,  or a personal brand….YOU MUST LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE. Take a listen, enjoy and drop a comment below. Would love to hear what you think.

Hey there friend….

To be real with ya, it’s been one of those crazy, busy, “What the hell happened!!??” kind of week.  Yes, it was nuts, but I managed to snatch a few wins: record an awesome interview for next weeks episode, had a great coaching call, and made an important decision in regards to my mission at hand.

So, no…I am not complaining…..

In this episode, I may sound super exhausted and thats because I was when I recorded this last night. After a long day and intensive coaching call, my mind was fried chicken! But, that didn’t stop me. I pressed record and made sure I gave you something to plug into this week.

I share my top 5 networking tips with you. We all know about the importance of relationship building. How vital it is to build your network to cultivate trust and develop relationships within our industry. I often get asked from people starting in this online business world, “where should I start?” “Do I need a website?” “Can you please help me get this Facebook page up, it’s urgent!” and so on.

The truth…

None of it matters. At least, not when your first starting your business. My biggest advice is to attend more live events. Go to meet-ups, conferences, and get connected with your industry. Provide something of value to them. Help them move their needle, be patient, and give, give, give, and give some more.

Attending networking events can be daunting. Introducing yourself to a stranger feels pretty weird at first, right? Maybe you’re not sure how much you should talk about your business. At what point, do you pass out your business card? There is definitely a science to becoming a great networker.

Check out my top 5 networking tips and incorporate them the next time you attend an event/meet-up. Then, Let me know how it turns out for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact and drop me a comment down below.

Until next time, Peace and 1ove.

Relationships can be hard, especially if you’re in the midst of “the hustle” Relationships, Marriages, Friendships fall apart due to negligence and lack of prioritizing what’s really important. Selfishness hijacks our self awareness and we sacrifice the magical moments only found in relationships. Deep human connections.

In this episode, I chat with Lance Salazar of Legendary Couples where we chat about the importance of building a strong foundation with our loved ones (Wife, friends, kids, etc) He and his wife are on a mission to helping people how to thrive in their relationships. As Lance passionately puts it…

– I want to reverse the trend of human disconnectedness, unhealthy relationships, and divorce in our society.

We dive deep in a long hour conversation on relationships.  I haven’t had anybody on the show to discuss this underrated topic on having healthier relationships. I believe we can build businesses and still live a balance life being connected with our loved ones. At the end of the day, THAT love is all that matters.

Enjoy this episode.
