Yo!!

It's the last week of July and I decided to rock the mic solo. I'm bringing back the "Monthly Recap" episode. It's been awhile and a lot has happened.

Finding your zone can be very difficult and often times super frustrating. We get caught up chasing idea and idea. Never seeing any results and feeling this deep sense of emptiness. Many folks give up. Some become self-aware and make the important pivot in life.

In the past couple of months, I've taken a deep dive into my journey. Not as a podcaster, but as someone who is trying to figure this whole thing. Searching for high definition. Looking to get in my zone.

In this episode, I share with you what's been going on in my world. The phone call that changed everything for me. My decision to let go of things that weren't adding value to my life. And, I share some big news about the journey I'm about to embark on.

Would love to hear what you think down below. Enjoy this episode and thanks for all your love & support.

Cheers,

Ozeal

**Warning: Too Much Coffee Made Me Into a Fast Speaking Podcaster in this one.**

Alright, my friend. We’re edging towards the end of a new year. Are you excited or what? I am…..

2016 was challenging but all the hurdles were jumped and faced with confidence. Surely it wasn’t easy all the time. I had my moments of self doubt, frustration, and fear. Whether or not, anybody cared about this podcast was a big fear of mine early on.

I’ve learned to let go, press record and enjoy the process.

I encourage you to do the same. If you didn’t launch your idea in 2016. Do it in 2017. If you didn’t get enough eye balls on your website/blog, that’s okay, keep writing and creating content in 2017. If you didn’t hit your financial goal, all good…figure out what you can tweak and move forward.

In this episode, I share with you some of my wins, lessons learned, and what I expect of myself in 2017. I also share three questions you should ask yourself going into 2017. Please feel free to share them below. It’s already begun on good note, I got a master mind//accountability partner for 2017 and a clear picture on where I want to take this podcast, content platform and this journey of ours. I can’t wait to share it with ya’ll and build from here.

Have a great and safe new year celebration and I look forward to re-connecting next year. Thank you for listening and for giving me the fuel to show up every thursday to deliver.

Thank you sincerely,

Ozeal

Hope you’re having a great week. Ready for Christmas? Yes? No? or I’m over it already? Frankly, I haven’t been in the Christmas spirit this year. Maybe because Houston’s fickle weather doesn’t allow me to OR it’s just gotten too watered down with over-consumption BS. Probably it’s a mixture of the two. Anyhoooowww…..

In today’s episode, I go SOLO to share with you something I’ve been thinking about lately. Far too often, we go on this entrepreneurial journey laser-beamed focused with our blinders on. Oblivious to everything around of us. Some of those things are vital to our success, but they go ignored because we’re in “hustle” mode.

I had a coffee meeting with a entrepreneur friend of mine who prompted me into becoming accountability partners.Without hesitation, I said “Hell Yes, let’s do this”  I’m not sure what took me so long to look into my inner circle and find someone who could hold me accountable for all my actions or inactions.

Real talk! We all need some ONE who can hold us accountable. All the successful people we know have coaches and people that put them in check. Keeping them focused and on task. So why do we put off the great benefit of having some one like that in our lives? Forget the reasons. Bottom line. Find accountability partner ASAP.

Not only will you be held up to your own fire, but these particular conversations can teach you a thing or two about your business. It can teach you ALOT about yourself. What do you need to work on personally, emotionally, and as a business person?

In this episode, I share more about the conversation I had with my new accountability partner and how it inspired me like no other. Take a listen and please feel free to share your thoughts below.

Cheers and have a great Christmas!

Ozeal
